Is your product faulty or not working as expected?

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your product.

What to do

Please contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.

Our customer care team will reach out and conduct a review. As all cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, we may ask you to return the item for further inspection.

We're here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Need to change your delivery address?

We can only update shipping addresses before your order has been fulfilled. Once it has entered the fulfilment process, we're unable to make changes internally — please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

If already fulfilled

You may still be able to adjust delivery details directly through DHL's On Demand Delivery (ODD) service. Options include:

• Rescheduling delivery
• Updating the delivery address
• Arranging a pickup location

Were you expecting an item and it wasn't included in your delivery?

We're sorry to hear an item was missing from your delivery. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please upload clear photos of the following:

• Every item you received
• Your order slip
• Images of the packaging to reflect any damages that may have occurred during transit

These images will help us process the investigation more efficiently.

Need to cancel your order?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered fulfilment.

How to request

You can cancel your order directly on your account before fulfillment. Unfortunately, requesting this via our customer care team may result in your order being dispatched by the time an agent can get back in touch with your request.

Already dispatched?

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it at this stage. You are welcome to return the item once received using our hassle-free returns portal.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If you still can't locate your details after this time, please get in touch with our customer care team.

Did your item not fit as expected?

We don't currently offer an exchange service however we do offer hassle-free returns within 60 days. Once your return reaches us, a full product refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Can't decide between two sizes?

It depends on the product type and your personal fit preference.

Leggings & Shorts

If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our leggings are compressive and will stretch to fit — going up ensures comfort throughout the day.

Tops & Crop Tops

For a more fitted, structured look, go with the smaller size. If you prefer a relaxed fit or have a broader back or shoulders, size up.

Seamless Sets

We recommend sticking to your usual size for seamless pieces, as the fabric has natural stretch and will adapt to your shape.

Wondering how DFYNE sizes compare?

Generally speaking, our sizing runs true to size — however, there are a few things worth knowing depending on what you're ordering.

Leggings & Shorts

Our leggings and shorts are designed with a compressive, second-skin fit. If you prefer more room or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Tops & Crop Tops

Our tops tend to run slightly fitted. If you like a relaxed or oversized look, go up a size. For a more structured, cropped fit, stick to your usual size.

Seamless Sets

Seamless pieces are stretchy and forgiving — most customers find their usual size works well, though those with a more athletic build may prefer to size up.

Please be advised that if you do purchase an item that is not suitable for you, we do offer a free 60-Day returns window through our returns portal.

We ask that you allow 18 days for your return to reach us here at DFYNE HQ where our returns team will process this for you.

If you have not received your refund within this time, kindly reach out to us and we will be happy to help.

Any refunds once processed will show in your account within 3-5 working days.

We support several Buy Now, Pay Later options at checkout. If you are experiencing issues with a BNPL payment, we recommend contacting the provider directly as they manage the payment plan.

If you need further assistance, our team is happy to help.

This can happen when a payment is initially authorised but the order fails to complete. In most cases this is a pending charge and will drop off your account within 3–5 business days without any action needed.

If the charge persists

If the charge has not cleared after 5 business days, please get in touch with our customer care team and include your order number and a screenshot of the charge so we can investigate promptly.

We apologise for any discrepancy in charges. Please contact our customer care team with your order number and details of the charge.

We will investigate immediately and issue a refund for any overcharge as quickly as possible.

This is most commonly caused by information not matching at checkout — for example, if the billing address entered does not match the address your card is registered to.

Please double check all information entered and ensure it is accurate before re-placing your order.

Please note refunds can take 3–5 working days from the point of cancellation to return to your original payment method.

To redeem your points, click the Rewards section at the top left of our homepage. A widget will appear at the bottom where you can log in to your rewards account and convert points into a discount code for checkout.

Important Info:

• Minimum spend of $40 required.
• Cannot be used with other discount codes.
• Earn 10 points per $1 spent (limited to one order per week).
• Receive 200 points per review (one review per item, every 7 days).
• Points can also be earned for; Referring friends, Following us on Instagram and Facebook
• Minimum redemption is 1,000 points, redeemable in increments of 1,000 (each 1,000 points = $5 discount).

iPhone/Android Instructions:

• Select Rewards from the menu.
• Log in to your rewards account.
• Tap the DFYNE logo to return to the homepage.
• Re-select Rewards.
• You should now see and be able to redeem your points.

Points Transfer Time
Please allow 30 days for points to be credited after your purchase.

DFYNE has no control over customs and import tax, and charges vary widely by country. Your local carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.

Norway

Customs fees are now charged at checkout, rather than at the point of delivery.

All other regions

You may face customs charges issued by your local customs authority. You will be responsible for payment of any fees should there be any.

If you choose to not pay these charges at your local customs office, your shipment will be returned back to DFYNE and a full refund will be processed.

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Under updated EU regulations, the €150 duty-free threshold has now been removed, and all parcels under €150 are now subject to a €3 flat customs duty charge per item. Parcels over €150 are still subject to standard import duty.

As we are IOSS-registered, orders under the $20 CAD threshold will not incur any additional charges.

Above the threshold

If your order is above this value, customs duties will be charged at checkout. This should prevent additional charges as the order passes through customs clearance.

Please note this threshold is set by your local customs office and we are unable to alter the total value of any duties requested.

Import Threshold

Any Import fees for orders going to the USA will be charged at checkout if required.

Any orders not going to mainlaind USA will recieve free shipping over $300 spend. Any orders under this amount will be subject to a $29.99 shipping fee.
